Park Rules and Other Information:
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN ANY PUBLIC PARK AT ANY TIME!
- Permit holder has remitted the above reservation fee to the City of Gretna
- Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a Gretna Public Park
- All Public Parks close at 11:00 pm
- All motor vehicles must park only in designated parking areas.
- Parking on the grass is prohibited
- The sale of goods and /or services within the park is prohibited except for non-profit groups with previous consent from the City of Gretna
- All dogs within the park must be on a leash
- Permit holder agrees that all activities, including use of amplified sound equipment are subject to limitations by the Gretna Municipal Code
- Hanging anything from City owned landscaping or city structures is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the City of Gretna
- Permit holder shall be responsible for all cleanup and damage arising out of the use of the Public Park facility by the applicant, agents, members, employees, invitees, and guests
- If tables are moved from their original placement, tables must be put back in the original spot
- Permit holder understands that if the City is required to provide any cleanup, maintenance or repairs (other than normal wear and tear) as a result of the activity or event included in this reservation, Permit holder shall be responsible for the costs of such cleanup, maintenance and/or repairs and that any payment due will be paid upon receipt of bill
