Note:

- Permit holder has remitted the above reservation fee to the City of Gretna
- Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a Gretna Public Park Area.
- All Public Parks close at 11:00pm
- All motor vehicles must park only in designated parking areas.
- Parking on the grass is prohibited.
- All dogs within the park must be leashed.
- Permit holder agrees that all activities, including amplified sound equipment are subject to limitations by the Gretna Municipal Code.
- Hanging anything from City owned landscaping or structures is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the City of Gretna.
- Permit holder shall be responsible all cleanup and damage arising out of the use of the Public Park facility by the applicant, agents, members, employees, and guests.
- Permit holder understands that if the City is required to provide any cleanup, maintenance, or repairs as a result of the event included in this reservation, Permit holder shall be responsible for the costs of such cleanup, maintenance or repairs and that any payment due will be paid upon receipt of bill.
